Accounts Receivable Manager

$75,000-$80,000 annually

We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead billing, credit, and collections for a commercial construction firm. This role is key to maintaining strong cash flow and timely financial operations. Ideal for professionals with deep experience in construction accounting and proactive client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer billing in Sage 100 Contractor
• Implement and manage credit and collections processes
• Document collection efforts and maintain A/R records
• Manage overdue accounts and initiate follow-ups
• Reconcile cash receipts and A/R balances
• Generate daily cash flow projections with the Controller
• Maintain required billing documentation and compliance records

Top Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (preferred)
• 5+ years of A/R management experience in commercial construction
• Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong familiarity with Sage 100 Contractor
• Ability to meet performance standards related to aging, delinquency, and reporting
