Our client a stable consumer product company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager. This role offers an opportunity to work for a very stable company with a strong benefits package. The responsibilities include: Manage and oversee the accounts receivable and collections departments. Provide guidelines and support to staff members to ensure rapid collection of customer invoices. Work closely with senior management in providing reporting involving outstanding receivables as well as current cash flow. Conduct regular analysis of accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and develop strategies for collection. Collaborate with all team members in creating efficiencies within the collections process. Review accounts for accuracy and ensure team members are adhering to proper standards. Engage in addressing more complicated issue and work closely with customers and sales staff to resolve payment issues. Train staff on best practices in financial concepts, negotiation techniques, and data entry accuracy.
