Job Description

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Our employees work on the world's most advanced electronics. Will support a production line in a manufacturing setting. Doing a visual inspection and solder touchup on computer boards. Reworking other boards as well. Working on a computer with proprietary software, a microscope and solder iron. Working with team and team lead to provide efficiency and speed in a safe, high quality environment.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Solder Certified, preferably advanced solderer. Will need to work under a microscope a good part of the day. Work in a team environment, but also be able to work independently and find work when there may not be any in front of you.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Punctual, dependable, willing to work OT when available. Mon thru Thursday shift 5am to 3:30pm. Great disposition, eager to learn. Computer skills

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
