Job Title: Aviation Drone Assembler
Job Description
Join a dynamic team working in a clean and organized environment where you will assemble small drones, specifically 3 feet or smaller, for military and defense applications. The role requires standing throughout the day and using small hand tools to make and assemble parts and subassemblies. Quality checks are essential to ensure parts are made correctly, and you will follow detailed checklists and procedures, making strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude crucial.
Responsibilities
Assemble small drones for military and defense applications using small hand tools.
Conduct quality checks on parts to verify proper assembly.
Follow checklists and procedures to ensure high-quality standards.
Maintain strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Essential Skills
Experience with medical assembly and medical devices.
Proficiency in using hand tools and quality control methods.
Knowledge of UAVs, UAS, and drones.
Ability to work with small parts, subassemblies, and tight tolerances.
Military experience is advantageous.
Computer skills are required.
Attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Quality certifications such as TS16949, ISO 9001, AS 9100.
Experience with ERP systems.
Hydraulic and pneumatic assembly skills.
Familiarity with RC hobbies and avionics.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, relaxed, and clean setting with individual workbenches. The shift is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. Overtime is expected.
