We’re looking for Entry-Level Community Engagement Associates to join our mission-driven team . This is a full-time role with paid training , perfect for individuals who are outgoing, people-focused, and eager to grow professionally .

As a Community Engagement Associate , you’ll be on the front lines of nonprofit campaigns, community events, and outreach initiatives , helping to build relationships and increase awareness for important causes.

This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who want to gain experience in event coordination, marketing, public engagement, and nonprofit operations .

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit clients at community events, volunteer drives, and fundraising initiatives

  • Engage with community members, supporters, and donors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Support the planning, setup, and execution of community outreach campaigns and events
