Job Details

We are hiring an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop project plans and schedules.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of materials and services.
• Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.
