Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading American multinational corporation and technology company for a Contract Coordinator 3 role to assist their team at Silicon Valley CA. This is an ONSITE role .

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Range- $26.74 - $29.47

DESCRIPTION:
This role provides the opportunity to meet nearly every candidate interviewed and every new hire at the Silicon Valley site. This role will contribute to supporting and preparing for onsite recruitment experiences in Silicon Valley. Coordinating new hire onboarding for the Silicon Valley site.

MUST HAVE
1. Minimum 3+ years experience with Proficiency with telecommunication or office technology (e.g., video conferencing, supporting virtual interviews, problem-solving tech issues).
2. Minimum 3+years experience with Prior office administration experience.
3. Minimum 3+years experience with written and verbal communication.

** Note the following:****
1.The role is physical and requires regularly lifting heavy objects, typically 30 to 40 pounds, such as moving desks and setting up workspaces. Candidates should be prepared for walking to include conducting campus or office tours.
2. The role requires a professional, executive presence due to its visibility and representation of the organization.
