Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive\noutpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage\nacute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-based\nguidelines.
• Promote preventive health\npractices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness.
• Collaborate with\ninterdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient\ncare.
• Participate in the ongoing\ndevelopment and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely\ndocumentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited\nMedical School.
• Completion of an accredited\nFamily Medicine Residency Program.
• Active South Carolina\nmedical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board Certified or Board\nEligible in Family Medicine (Pediatrics optional).
