Job Description

Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) for several full-time, onsite positions in schools for the 20252026 school year. Openings are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as K12 assignments tailored to your experience and preferences. School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Position Overview:

• Full-Time | Contracted for the full school year

• Onsite roles virtual opportunities may be available depending on district needs

• Locations include:

• Elementary Schools

• Middle Schools

• High Schools

• K12 Campus Assignments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students per their IEPs

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized goals

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers to support student development and access to education

• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive strategies

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active state OT license

• NBCOT certification

• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
