Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school team in Bellingham, MA. This is a full-time contracted position working with a K2 partially sub-separate classroom . The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction, manage a diverse caseload of students, and collaborate with general education staff, parents, and related service providers to ensure each students success.
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support for students in a K2 partially sub-separate classroom .
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals.
• Modify curriculum and create engaging, differentiated lesson plans.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education (required).
• Active Massachusetts teaching license in Special Education Moderate Disabilities (PreK8) or relevant endorsement.
• Experience working with early elementary students and familiarity with sub-separate/partial inclusion settings preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
