Looking for Telecom Core Program Manager in Seattle, WA(Must be Onsite)

We are hiring an Program Manager (PM) to lead a high-impact, multi-vendor deployment for a telecom client. You’ll oversee scratch builds, migrations, test integrations, and cloud-based deployments across Nokia platforms like NCS, CBIS, CBAM, SBC, TAS, CMG, CMM, and EPDG .

What You’ll Own:

  • Take full ownership of project execution — from planning and integration to testing and production delivery
  • Drive rack migrations, scratch installs , and validate readiness across the core network stack
  • Lead multi-vendor coordination with urgency and precision — you will be the key driver
  • Partner with architecture, engineering, and test teams to ensure deployment milestones are hit
  • Ensure all deliverables are executed quality management systems (QMS)
  • Monitor scope, timelines, action registers, and Jira tickets — you drive the schedule

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of project/program management in telecom, with strong E2E deployment experience
  • Familiarity with core network infrastructure (IMS, EPC, VoLTE/VoWiFi, SBC, CMM, CMG, TAS, etc.)
  • Understanding of Nokia platforms (especially NCS, CBIS, CBAM, OpenStack)
  • Proven leadership in managing vendors and cross-functional technical teams
  • Must be self-directed, proactive, organized, and thrive under pressure
  • PMP Certs highly preferred
