Job Description We are looking for a meticulous High Pressure Steam Washer to join our Environmental Services team keeping PIER 39 clean and beautiful. This position operates a high pressure steam cleaner to pressure wash locations on PIER 39. Areas to be cleaned are low (ground / pavement, wood decking, stairs) and high (awnings, storefronts). Other tasks include janitorial cleaning of restrooms, windows and event set up and take down. Qualifications: Qualifications Qualified candidates must have: Janitorial experience - minimum 2 years Experience operating a high pressure steam washer A valid California Driver's License Excellent communication skills The right candidate is able to work both independently and as part of a team while fostering a safe work place. Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 (DOE) This is a temporary position (estimated 3 months). Additional Information PIER 39 is an equal opportunity employer.
