Job Description:

We are ready now to lead the transformation of the nations brand-new air traffic control system an ambitious initiative to enhance safety, improve reliability and security, reduce outages, decrease the total cost of ownership, and prepare the aviation system for the future by replacing aging infrastructure with modern technologies and state-of-the-art facilities.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in one of the following roles:

Subcontracts Director

Candidates must be US Persons located in the National Capital Region (NCR).

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) and typically 10+ years of related work experience involving typical procurement activities, including subcontracting.

• An extensive knowledge of subcontracting activities typical to the federal aviation, engineering and construction is required. In addition, excellent written and oral communications skills, a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with procurement, and an ability to effectively negotiate subcontracts is also required, as well as proven ability to perform in a lead capacity.

• Experience with award or incentive fee contracts

• Demonstrated experience successfully managing and leading teams

• Experience managing a portfolio of at least $5B to $10B
