Position Summary

Peninsula Engineering is seeking a Survey Crew Chief. This individual will coordinate with licensed surveyors, survey cad-technicians, and client representatives to provide accurate and thorough field survey services for boundary, topography, construction layout, and ALTA surveys. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing, most highly regarded civil engineering firms in Florida.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform field work for boundary, topographic, land title surveys, and construction staking
• Proficiency with field survey equipment and data collection software.
• Ability to organize field work and direct crew members
• General knowledge of professional surveying practices and procedures
• Ability to download and process data files and perform survey computations
• Capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Some overnight travel may be required.
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
