Job Title: Parts Processor
Job Description
As a Parts Processor, you will be responsible for using industrial cleaning products, small power tools, and hand tools to clean and restore component parts used in sub-assemblies of process control instrumentation and control valves.
Responsibilities
Prepare parts for refinishing.
Inspect the parts to determine if they can be remanufactured.
Replace inferior or defective parts.
Clean and restore parts to a like-new condition.
Report production problems to supervisors.
Follow directions for proper disassembly of parts.
Properly use disassembly techniques, tools, and methods to ensure minimal loss of material.
Handle materials properly to avoid damage per training procedures.
Identify critical components in each series of products.
Ensure all components are properly identified and labeled after disassembly.
Utilize automated inventory control system.
Maintain warehouse organization.
Purge and liquidate excess or obsolete inventory.
Maintain proper space management within the warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
